Tuesday Nights 6-7:15 with Lauren Treat
This open-level adult ballet class is perfect for dancers of all backgrounds, whether you've been attending class recreationally for a while or haven't danced in years. It's designed for those with some prior experience—whether that's a couple of years in high school or a weekly class you’ve been keeping up with—who are looking to ease back into ballet. Our supportive, encouraging environment allows you to move at your own pace while refining your technique, improving flexibility, and building strength. Whether you're reconnecting with your love for dance or continuing your practice, this class welcomes all to enjoy the beauty of ballet.

This adult contemporary dance class offers a fun and energizing workout, emphasizing fluidity, strength, and self-expression. Participants will explore a variety of movement styles, combining emotion with physicality, while improving flexibility, coordination, and musicality. The class focuses on improvisation, body awareness, and learning choreography in a relaxed and supportive environment, fostering confidence, creativity, and personal artistry.

Wednesday Nights 6-7 with Joe LaLuzerne
Joe LaLuzerne invites participants to join a journey of discovery, pushing beyond perceived limits to grow and learn together.
This Vinyasa-style class begins with a warm-up, flows through standing poses, and progresses to floor-based stretches, concluding with Shavasana (a restorative pose that promotes rejuvenation).
Throughout the class, key concepts and ideas from yogic philosophy will be explored, offering insight into how they influence the way one moves through the world.
The focus will be on strengthening both the physical body and the inner landscape of the mind, fostering flexibility and growth.
This class is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Never practiced yoga before? No problem—this class is welcoming to all, and participants are encouraged to meet themselves on the mat.
Joe LaLuzerne is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher certified through Three Sisters Yoga and a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
