Wednesday Nights 6-7 with Joe LaLuzerne

Joe LaLuzerne invites participants to join a journey of discovery, pushing beyond perceived limits to grow and learn together. This Vinyasa-style class begins with a warm-up, flows through standing poses, and progresses to floor-based stretches, concluding with Shavasana (a restorative pose that promotes rejuvenation). Throughout the class, key concepts and ideas from yogic philosophy will be explored, offering insight into how they influence the way one moves through the world.

The focus will be on strengthening both the physical body and the inner landscape of the mind, fostering flexibility and growth. This class is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Never practiced yoga before? No problem—this class is welcoming to all, and participants are encouraged to meet themselves on the mat. Joe LaLuzerne is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher certified through Three Sisters Yoga and a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

This class will begin running on February 5th. There are 18 Classes in the semester. There are no classes on Feb 19, April 16, and May 14.
